File 3 of 4 · Staff portal
Your portal. Your schedule. Your earnings.
The NexusClean staff portal gives every cleaner a clear daily workflow, GPS-verified attendance, transparent earnings, and a reward path from day one. Management sees everything needed to run the business without exposing what should stay private.
Portal access
Role-based access — everyone sees what they need
| Role | What they see | What is hidden |
|---|---|---|
| New cleaner | Today's schedule, job brief, punch in/out. | Pricing, payments, other staff, client billing. |
| Active cleaner | Schedule, job brief, earnings, tips, ratings, media upload, cash log. | Client card details, business margins, supervisor notes. |
| Lead cleaner | Team jobs they lead, supervisor messaging, ability to flag issues. | Billing, business-level reporting, HR details. |
| Supervisor | Full dashboard — all clients, pricing, payments, staff performance, dispatch, leads, media review. | Nothing at supervisor level. |
Access ruleCleaners never see client card details, business margin figures, or management-only notes. Every login is scoped to protect the business and the team.
When you arrive at a property
- Open the portal and punch in using GPS verification at the property address.
- Photograph all areas in the booking scope before touching anything.
- Review the job brief: scope, flags, special instructions, and any client notes.
- Stage your supplies and prepare your kit before starting the clean.
- If anything is already damaged or not as described, flag it in the portal before starting.
Why starting photos matter
- They protect you from any claims about pre-existing damage.
- They confirm you arrived at the right property and started on time.
- They form the "before" side of the before-and-after verification pair.
- Management uses them to price future visits fairly for the client.
Always photograph firstNo photo before you start means no protection if a dispute arises. This rule protects you as much as the business.
When you finish a property
- Take after-clean photos of every area included in the job scope.
- Record a short walkthrough sign-off video (30–60 seconds is enough).
- Complete the digital finishing checklist in the portal.
- Restock and organize your supply kit before leaving.
- Note any issues, damage found, or client comments in the portal notes field.
- Punch out. Your time, media, and checklist submit to management automatically.
After-clean checklist items
- All in-scope areas cleaned per the brief.
- No supplies left behind on the property.
- All photos uploaded before punching out.
- Sign-off video uploaded before punching out.
- Any cash payment logged with photo confirmation.
